EAPG Victorian Water Pitcher and 4 Goblets Set Prayer Rug Horseshoe Good Luck
Just imagine how pretty your table will look when you serve your guests with this elegant 130+ year old Victorian pattern glass pitcher and 4 goblets!
This immaculate EAPG (Early American Pattern Glass) water serving set dates to ca. 1881 and consists of a large water pitcher and 4 matching goblets in the Prayer Rug pattern (aka Horseshoe and Good Luck).
The beautiful pitcher stands 8 7/8” high at the lip and 7 7/8” wide across the top (edge of lip to outer edge of the handle).
Each goblet is about 6” high and 3 ¼” wide across the top.
Each piece is in excellent condition with no chips, cracks, flakes. There is no clouding. There are extremely minor marks from use, mostly to the pitcher – they are few and light. The base (foot) and stem of one of the goblets is about 1/4″ larger than the other 3. The only reason I noticed it was that I was in the actual process of measuring. It must have been made at a slightly different time.
